Job Title: AI Visionary

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI solutions that drive business value.

About the Role:
  • Design scalable and secure AI/ML infrastructure for cloud and on-premises environments, encompassing various data pipelines and storage solutions.
  • Architect modular Generative AI solutions, including LLM-based APIs, embedding pipelines, vector search, and RAG architectures, aligned with business objectives.
  • Select appropriate AI/ML techniques based on business needs and use cases, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Data & AI Integration:
  • Define AI architecture in alignment with the organization's data and product strategy, focusing on high-quality data pipelines and access control.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to design robust, secure, and high-quality data pipelines for AI use cases, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Ensure seamless data integration, access control, and data quality for training and inference both in batch and real-time, leveraging emerging technologies.
GenAI/LLM Strategy:
  • Develop reference architectures and standards for GenAI and LLM adoption across the enterprise, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Lead the design of RAG systems, leveraging vector databases and structured/unstructured knowledge sources, to enable informed decision-making.
  • Evaluate LLM deployment options based on latency, cost, compliance, and privacy, ensuring responsible AI governance.
Technology Strategy:
  • Develop an AI strategy and architectural roadmap aligned with business objectives, staying ahead of emerging trends and advancements.
  • Provide technical leadership across platform, product, and support functions, driving digital transformation and innovation.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to integrate AI into user-facing and internal products, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Communicate AI capabilities and decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency and trust.
Governance, Security & Ethics:
  • Ensure AI systems comply with privacy, security, and ethical standards, upholding organizational values and reputation.
  • Help define and implement responsible AI governance frameworks across the lifecycle of AI systems, promoting accountability and transparency.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a proven track record of designing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments. Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistical models is required, as well as proficiency with ML frameworks, cloud AI/ML services, data pipeline tools, and containerization.
