  • Lead complex operational projects such as mergers and acquisitions, enterprise system migrations, and large-scale organizational changes.
  • Develop and launch automations to replace CRM and task management tools using Python and LLM APIs.
  • Implement AI-powered workflows with tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and MCP to minimize manual tasks and enhance efficiency.
  • Guide projects from initial assessment to deployment, utilizing proven strategies and executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Architect and implement AI-driven operational systems that streamline processes, reduce complexity, and enable scalable execution across our expansive software portfolio.
  2. Rapidly drive results and deliver on high-stakes projects without requiring extensive guidance.
  3. Leverage technical expertise in designing AI-centric solutions to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in operational leadership within the enterprise software sector.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Support, Sales, or Collections.
  • Proven proficiency in writing automation scripts in Python and integrating with LLM APIs.
  • Experience with tools like Cursor, Windsurf, MCP, or similar, for delivering production-level automations.
Benefits:
  • Full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position with weekly payments.
  • $100 USD/hour compensation, equating to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
