Lead Solution Architect For Innovation

About the Role

This is a visionary technical leadership position where you will be responsible for ensuring the best approaches are leveraged, and exploring new technologies to drive excellence and accelerate development.

In this role, you will join our newly formed strategic Innovation Center and Business & Client Service teams.

You will provide technical leadership to agile development teams, partnering with technical leaders across Innovation and Business units, developing application architecture and shared components, leveraging the best technology approaches, and incorporating reuse, standardization, and security-by-design into solutions.

The ideal candidate will be deeply technical, with a proven track record of delivery, architecture guidance, and problem-solving skills.

This senior-level role involves turning ideas into reality with our agile teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A passion for technology and curiosity about innovations
  • 5+ years' experience in application or solution architecture, especially cloud-based applications and microservices
  • Master's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent experience
  • Strong foundation in cloud concepts and modern development practices
  • Experience with REST API and shared services principles
  • Ability to operate at scale and communicate with senior stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and collaborative skills
  • Deep technical expertise and ability to discuss complex concepts clearly
  • Experience creating designs using UML and architectural notations
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: AI/ML experience, Proven record in architecting large-scale global solutions, Excellent English communication skills, Experience with security, privacy, and regulated environments
