Drive Business Outcomes as a Technical Visionary

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Solution Engineer to spearhead technical vision and execution, fostering seamless collaboration between business users and technologists. As an intermediate-level position, this role requires strong analytical, data analysis, organization, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring product alignment with user needs and technical feasibility.
  • Formulate systems scope and project objectives through research activities, providing guidance to new or lower-level analysts.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other technical teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Develop scripts as needed to support business development of requirements.
  • Gather requirements, create and manage Epics, user stories, or Business Requirements documents, including Acceptance criteria and Functional and Non-Functional requirements.
  • Prepare reports, metrics, and presentations, exchanging ideas/information in a concise and logical manner between business units and IT.
  • Test systems to ensure projects meet requirements, identifying system problems to develop solutions based on analyses.
  • Resolve problems by translating business requirements into technical solutions, assessing risk when business decisions are made, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background with experience in software development, engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven analytical, data analysis, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Knowledge of applicable business systems and industry standards.
  • Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project methodologies is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse project portfolio.
  • Consistently passionate for research, ideation, and exploration with understanding of business analysis procedures and concepts.
  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team with understanding of how collaboration accomplishes objectives.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
