We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Senior Project Director to lead and drive the success of our Data Center (DC) projects.

About the Role
  • Oversee end-to-end DC projects from inception to completion, encompassing scope, timeline, resources, and quality.
  • Develop and execute program strategies in alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align project goals and manage stakeholder expectations across multiple teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & Strategy
  • Define program goals, objectives, deliverables, and performance metrics for multiple concurrent DC projects.
  • Lead the development of detailed project plans, resource allocation, timelines, and risk management strategies.
  • Manage project teams across various functions (e.g., M&E Engineering, Construction, Facilities) to ensure timely delivery.
Customer Engagement
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, building and maintaining strong, positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Understand customer requirements, preferences, and business needs to ensure that project outcomes align with their expectations.
Industry Reputation & Stakeholder Partnerships
  • Leverage an industry reputation of trust and credibility to effectively engage with both clients and partners.
  • Build strong relationships with key industry players and stakeholders, including vendors, consultants, and contractors, to ensure the success of projects.
