Job Opportunity: Electrical/Mechanical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee data center construction projects. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management and oversight of electrical and mechanical activities in live data centers.
  • Responsible for ensuring project delivery scope, timeline, and cost targets are met.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance data center resilience through strategic planning and execution.
  • Evaluate and review electrical designs to optimize existing data center performance.
  • Develop project scope, request proposals, and capital requests.
  • Ensure overall project quality through supervision of execution.
  • Monitor and report key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently across existing data centers.
  • Provide operational support by reviewing procedures, best practices, and maintenance initiatives.
  • Drive teams to troubleshoot and analyze root causes of equipment or electrical failures.
  • Collaborate with contractors and vendors to deliver efficient project turnovers.
  • Serve as a leader within the group and across internal and external teams supporting the data center.
  • Travel to data center sites for engineering evaluations, electrical systems audits, and mechanical system assessments.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing large-scale data center projects.
  • 3+ Years experience in Data Center Engineering or Operations, and 3+ Years experience in Construction Management.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain strong vendor relationships.
