  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions, driving business growth through data-driven insights.
  • Transform how data informs innovation, creating smarter, more efficient, and personalized solutions that set new standards for the industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Establishing product performance baselines, articulating key performance indicators, and setting strategic goals in relation to current performance.
  2. Advocating for customer needs in defining digital solutions and product vision that drive business value.
  3. Conducting research to identify user personas, pain points, and journeys & analyzing this information (A/B testing, concept testing, data analysis) to inform product development.
  4. Driving prioritization of product features for future releases based on business, user, and strategic priorities.
  5. Maintaining supporting documentation (feature lists, user stories, roadmaps).
  6. Providing insights and driving quantitative and qualitative analysis on emerging trends in technology, products, markets, and competitors to inform the product direction, priorities, and roadmap.
  7. Acting as a champion for the minimum viable product approach, focusing on creating feasible, viable, and desirable solutions.
  8. Effectively balancing multiple priorities including business value, stakeholder impact, speed to market, and technical feasibility.
