Strategic AI Development Lead

Shape the future of intelligent systems as a Strategic AI Development Lead. This role combines AI research and large-scale engineering to develop cutting-edge AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver enterprise-scale AI agent platforms with technical vision and leadership.
  • Build and optimize multi-agent orchestration systems with complex workflows, pushing the boundaries of applied AI.
  • Develop AI guardrails, safety frameworks, and responsible AI mechanisms for scalable systems.
  • Establish and enforce technical best practices for AI development, ensuring high-quality solutions.
  • Implement advanced prompt engineering and optimization strategies for improved performance.
  • Architect fault-tolerant, distributed AI systems with high availability and reliability.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years in software engineering, with recent focus on AI/ML systems and proven leadership experience.
  • Expertise in Python and leading agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, Crew.ai, NeMo).
  • Strong knowledge of AI safety, guardrails, and responsible AI practices, including advanced experience in prompt engineering and vector search optimization.
  • Skilled in distributed systems, containerization, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
