Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, finance admin, or accounting and be proficient in cloud-based software such as Xero or QuickBooks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bookkeeping duties for a portfolio of clients, processing invoices, receipts, payroll, and bank reconciliations, assisting with VAT, tax returns, and financial statements, and helping prepare budgets, cashflows, and royalty reports.

Liaising directly with clients to ensure accurate financial tracking is also a key responsibility of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in bookkeeping, finance admin, or accounting
  • Proficiency in cloud-based software such as Xero or QuickBooks
  • Highly organized and detail-focused
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deal professionally with creative clients
