Financial Planning Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial planning and forecasting process. Your responsibilities will include preparing comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and business projections to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Develop detailed financial plans, forecasts, and business projections.
  • Design and implement templates to capture projected operational expenditure.
  • Analyse and review operating costs for corporate budgets.
  • Forecast depreciation expenses for budget and corporate plans.
  • Assist in creating budgeting, planning, and forecasting presentations.
  • Collaborate with Finance teams to align forecasts with month-end results and explain variances.
Business Partnership

You will work closely with Business Unit Managers and Finance teams to gather and analyse financial information for timely reporting. This includes building strong working relationships, coordinating and delivering annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, and ensuring financial issues related to OPEX/CAPEX are understood and addressed.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant degree plus 2–3 years' experience.
  • An Accounting qualification (ACA, ACMA, ACCA) or equivalent.
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills; modelling/data analytics experience a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proven relationship-building skills.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with high performance standards.
