Community Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Community Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our community, ensuring that all residents receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Community Development: Foster strong relationships with our residents, local businesses, and community groups to create a vibrant and inclusive community environment.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the community, ensuring budget targets are met and exceeded.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the community's operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in property management or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
