Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Nursing Manager to lead our nursing homes in the Midlands Region.

  • Ensure high standards of person-centered care, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across all homes.
  • Support and mentor Persons in Charge (PICs) in clinical governance and leadership development.
  • Develop and implement policies aligned with national standards, promoting excellence in healthcare delivery.
  • Oversee safeguarding frameworks and risk management initiatives, ensuring a safe environment for residents and staff.
  • Deliver training and promote a culture of learning and innovation, driving quality improvements throughout the organization.

About the Role:

This is a pivotal position focused on shaping the quality agenda and making a meaningful impact across the group. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with current registration
  • Postgraduate qualification in healthcare management or quality improvement (essential)
  • Significant experience in a healthcare quality or compliance role, with a proven track record of success
