We are seeking a highly skilled Capex Property Accountant to join our team in a hybrid working environment. As a key member of our capital project budgeting and forecasting process, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive investment planning, compliance, and policy development.
Key Responsibilities:- Support capital project budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on investment planning, compliance, and policy development
- Qualified Accountant with 3+ years' PQE
- Strong analytical skills and experience in investment appraisal
- Solid understanding of capital investment and financial reporting
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel
- Hybrid working available in a convenient city centre location
