We are seeking experienced Support Workers to join our team and provide exceptional care to individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and acquired brain injuries. Our ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering person-centred care in a home-like environment.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for Support Workers to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care and support for individuals with diverse needs.
Responsibilities- Deliver person-centred care that prioritises social, religious, and recreational activities for residents.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet individual needs.
- Relevant qualification at level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in residential, respite, or day service settings with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- CORU registration as a Social Care Worker or in the process of registration.
