Job Title: AI Data Annotation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as an AI Data Annotation Specialist. This role will involve creating, assessing, and refining pairs of questions and answers to improve large language models.

As an AI Data Annotation Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing guidelines, generating realistic questions, and providing the best possible answers. You will also evaluate the quality of existing data resources and develop, implement, and maintain guidelines and procedures for consistent, high-quality classification and content creation.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data annotation principles and excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will also be able to efficiently work to specified project delivery deadlines and possess a strong performance ethos and personal commitment to achieving outstanding customer performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, assess, and refine pairs of questions and answers to improve large language models
  • Review guidelines and generate realistic questions
  • Evaluate the quality of existing data resources
  • Develop, implement, and maintain guidelines and procedures for consistent, high-quality classification and content creation

Requirements:

  • High proficiency in English – C1 Level minimum as per the CEFR
  • Degree Level 7 & above
  • Understanding common social norms (Social dynamics, social media, popular culture)
  • Ability to efficiently work to specified project delivery deadlines
  • Communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Must be a good team player
