Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Migration Manager to lead our customers through a seamless migration experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the various steps required for a successful migration, ensuring end-to-end orchestration and visibility.

This role requires strong project management skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills to engage with customers at all levels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Track and report on migration requests from initial trigger to completion
  • Assign work items across teams, monitor timeline execution, establish SLAs where needed
  • Create change tasks for migrations, check status updates, ensure SLAs are met
  • Engage with customers to explain the migration process, build confidence in ability to execute, push through resistance to achieve migration objectives
  • Serve as process owner for end-to-end moves, identify automation opportunities, evolve the group from manual steps to automation and exception monitoring

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience working with SaaS Cloud Infrastructure environments
  • Previous experience with ServiceNow Cloud Infrastructure is strongly preferred
  • A solid foundation in Project Management
  • Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders, build relationships with customers at all levels
