FP&A Business Partner Finance Group Services

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for driving improvement in financial planning and analysis at a Group level. This includes providing financial support to the Group Executive functions of Finance, HR, Risk and Compliance, and IT, and supporting ongoing work with the Ornua Board and Sub-Committees.

The successful candidate will bring a strong analytical and financial modelling skillset, with the ability to lead and drive change. You will be highly motivated and dynamic, with excellent communication and people skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Support periodic reporting to the Ornua Board and coordination of responses to Board requests on an ad-hoc basis.
  2. Play a lead role in supporting the IT function on monthly P&L and Capex management, quarterly forecasting, and compilation of annual budget, working closely with the IT SLT.
  3. Drive understanding of Group costs with improved reporting and variance analysis.
  4. Play a lead role in Group Financial Planning and Analysis, to incorporate 5 Year Plans, Annual Budgets and Quarterly Forecasts.
  5. Support financial performance management (P&L, Costs, etc.) at a Group level, clearly explaining periodic variances to Budgets and Forecasts, and identifying mitigation actions to deliver against financial targets.
  6. Development of financial and operational scorecards to support decision making.
  7. Develop financial business cases for initiatives in Group Finance, HR, Risk and Compliance (including Procurement) and IT, supporting ad-hoc financial analysis in these functions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Very proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel a distinct advantage
  2. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
  3. Good collaborator with effective communication and people skills
  4. Ability to lead and drive change.
  5. Highly motivated and dynamic
