We are seeking an experienced MES Recipe Author to join our team in Cork, Ireland.

This role involves the design and configuration of MES recipes in a manufacturing site. The successful candidate will have experience of supporting IT applications and working in a regulated environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and in a team environment, with strong oral and written communication skills. They will also have a high level of integrity and be capable of relating well to other people.

Job Description:
  • To develop, implement and support MES recipes in the Manufacturing site.
  • To produce high-quality, well-documented configuration that is easily maintainable.
  • To work with various site teams to configure and support interfaces to other systems that MES interacts with.
  • To investigate and troubleshoot problems which occur and determine solutions or recommendations for changes and/or improvements.
  • To implement system design changes in accordance with company Quality Standards and Practices.
  • To translate business requirements into design and perform testing of new MES recipes and changes.
  • To generate computer system validation documentation in accordance with site procedures and GMP guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of programming and Visual Basic.
  • Experience in configuration management.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
