You'll collaborate closely with local management teams to execute retail standards, optimize business unit performance, and ensure product selections align with passenger profiles and market trends.

As a key expert, you'll make data-driven decisions that support company strategy and profitability, analyzing data and making commercial recommendations to enhance performance.

The ideal candidate is an experienced buying professional with a keen eye for emerging trends, a strong commercial mindset, and a commitment to integrity and excellence.

Key responsibilities include local ownership of F&A categories, identifying new suppliers, negotiating commercial trading terms, and supporting budgeting processes.

You'll also analyze data, provide commentary on category performance, identify specific action plans, opportunities, and weaknesses, and escalate to senior management as needed.

A strong understanding of merchandising financials, retail math, and the ability to manage profitability is essential for success in this role.
