Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Legal Secretary to join our busy general litigation team in Wicklow.

This is an excellent opportunity to support a senior litigation partner with a strong reputation in complex, high-value contentious matters.

The role involves providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the partner, including preparing and formatting legal documents, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and managing case files and deadlines.

To be successful in this role, you will have 1+ year of experience in a legal secretary or legal admin role, ideally within litigation, and possess strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

You will also be confident working in a fast-paced legal environment and have professional and discreet approach with client-facing communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office and legal document systems and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to a senior litigation partner.
  • Prepare and format legal documents, briefs, court filings, and correspondence.
  • Liaise with clients, barristers, courts, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage case files, court deadlines, and diary scheduling.
  • Assist with file preparation, court bundles, and general case progression.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a legal secretary or legal admin role, ideally within litigation.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Confident working in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Professional and discreet approach with client-facing communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal document systems.
