Join a dedicated team as a Home Care Specialist, providing exceptional support to our clients in their daily lives.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering high-quality care services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our clients with personal care, toileting, meal preparation, moving & transferring, and supervising medication, among other tasks.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, dedicated, diligent, and trustworthy, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality care and assistance to clients as per their Care Plan
  • Observing, listening, and engaging with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Managing time effectively and being punctual to meet client requirements
  • Communicating any changes or concerns related to client needs or care to our team
  • Adhering to Health & Safety regulations

We offer a competitive rate of pay, up to €19 per hour, paid fortnightly, along with a refer-a-friend scheme, mileage allowance, full training provided, EAP scheme, bike-to-work scheme, uniform & PPE provided, and promotions available for Senior HCA/Rapid Response/Office opportunities.

A minimum 30-hour contract is guaranteed, with flexible working hours. The ideal candidate will have started/completed QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent, hold a valid driver's license, and own transport.
