Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to manage our weekly payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments for our team members.
- This role involves maintaining meticulous records, adhering to data protection regulations, and submitting returns to relevant authorities in a timely manner.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and monitoring production output and stock levels.
- In addition, they will prepare reports and shipping documentation, handle general office duties, and provide support for ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Manage the weekly payroll process for 75 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to data protection regulations.
- Returns Submission: Submit timely returns to relevant authorities.
- Accounts Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing.
- Production Monitoring: Monitor production output and stock levels.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and shipping documentation.
- Administrative Support: Handle general office duties and provide support for ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll processing for 75 employees.
- Qualifications: Degree in Business or a related field.
- Skillset: Excellent communication and organisational skills, high level of accuracy and attention to detail, strong analytical and commercial acumen, proficient in Excel and general IT systems.
- Personality: Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a busy environment, proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
