Payroll and Accounts Administrator Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Payroll and Accounts Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the weekly payroll process, ensuring compliance with relevant tax and employment regulations.

  • The key objective of this role is to accurately process weekly payroll for 75 staff members while adhering to Irish employment and tax regulations.
  • Maintenance of employee records, timesheets, and holiday/sick leave entitlements is also a crucial aspect of this position.
  • The selected candidate will prepare and submit payroll-related returns to the relevant authorities.
  • Prompt and professional handling of employee payroll queries is essential in this role.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Listowel. If you have experience in payroll processing and accounts administration, strong knowledge of payroll legislation and Revenue online systems, proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, excellent attention to detail, organisation, and confidentiality, then we would like to hear from you.
