We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee home energy upgrades in Ireland.

About the Role:
  • Project Development: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resources for each home energy upgrade project.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Contractor Oversight: Manage and coordinate the work of external contractors, ensuring they adhere to project plans and quality standards.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources (time, materials, personnel) to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project timelines or budgets.
  • Financial Performance: Monitor project expenses and ensure projects remain profitable.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert advice to homeowners on Home Energy Assessments, grant applications, and available finance options.
  • Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to relevant regulations and building codes.
  • Progress Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to management, highlighting key milestones and any potential issues.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within the construction or energy efficiency sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices and building regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client liaison skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
