
Senior Construction Estimator

Quantity surveyors/estimators work on large-scale data centre and industrial projects with contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full evaluation and interpretation of project contract documents.
- Planning and examining supplier and sub-contractor enquiries.
- Providing precise, competitive and cost-effective valuations in a timely manner.
- Preparing and distributing contract documents to our supply chain.
- Examining changes in the scope of work and completion of pricing variations.
- Maintenance of accurate records of claims prepared, certificates issued, and retentions involved.
- Commercial and contractual control of sub-contractor accounts.
- Preparation and delivery of monthly commercial project reports.
- Information and analysis of issues & risks as required by Management.
- Management and forecasting of project cash flow.
This role requires a professional with excellent communication skills, a high level of accuracy, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in quantity surveying and/or estimating within the construction industry, with a strong understanding of contract law and practices.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential, with good time management skills and the capacity to meet deadlines.
