Our client requires a seasoned construction professional to oversee the delivery of their large-scale project.

About the Role

The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of the works on time, within budget, and to a high standard. This will involve coordinating subcontractors, managing resources, and monitoring progress.

Candidates with experience in supervising projects to tight deadlines and adhering to health and safety regulations are highly desirable. A background in engineering or trades is also beneficial.

  • Coordination of subcontractors and control programme management
  • Preparation of look-ahead programmes to facilitate timely completion
  • Progress reporting and site meetings chairmanship
  • Communication with clients, architects, and engineers
  • Site set-up planning and security, logistics management, deliveries, and traffic management
  • Effective sequencing of finishing trades to maximise quality and minimise reworking
  • Maintenance of site diary and daily log activities
  • Quality and work standards monitoring and control
Requirements

Candidates should possess 7+ years' site management experience across various sectors, including healthcare, commercial, industrial, residential, or large fit-out projects.
