About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide day-to-day care and support to adults with intellectual disabilities in a homely environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, providing assistance with personal care, life skills, and community activities.

  • Support individuals with personal care, daily living tasks, and recreational activities
  • Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for service users
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to implement Person Centred Plans
  • Foster a positive and supportive working relationship with colleagues

The ideal candidate will have QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent, a minimum of six months' experience in a care setting (preferably in disability services), and a full clean Irish/EU driving licence.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, is essential.
