Support Worker - Tipperary
Location: Tipperary
Salary: €29,417 - €42,313 per annum (HSE Care Assistant Scale)
Employment Type: Full-time and part-time positions available
Service Type: Residential & Day Services

We are currently recruiting Support Workers for Residential and Day Services across Tipperary, supporting adults with intellectual disabilities in a homely, person-centred environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and professional care team in a rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support with personal care, life skills, and community activities

Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life

Assist in the implementation of Person Centred Plans

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Essential Requirements:

QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent

Minimum 6 months' experience in a care setting (preferably in disability services)

Full clean Irish/EU driving licence

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positions Available:

Full-time (Day Service): Monday-Friday, 36 hours per week

Part-time (Residential): 49 hours per fortnight, including a mix of evening shifts (4:30pm-10:00pm) and weekend shifts (10-12 hours)
