Job Title

Day Shift Support Worker Needed

Job Description

This role involves working as part of a team to create and maintain a safe and caring environment for all service users. You will provide non-directive support and advocacy services, promote service user participation and social interaction with the community, and follow behavioral care/support plans developed by project workers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and a full clean driving license is preferred but not essential. A minimum level 5 qualification in social care is required. Work authorization in Ireland is also mandatory.
