About the RoleWe are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Customer Service Advisors. In this vital role, you will be the face of our valet parking operation, meeting and greeting customers, directing them as needed, and ensuring their valuable items are removed or stored safely.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including face-to-face interactions, phone calls, emails, and social media
- Manage customer queries and complaints effectively, escalating issues as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle handovers, including key receipts and paperwork
- Ensure efficient key management, including scanning out vehicle keys for drivers or team leaders, securing dropped-off keys, and conducting regular audits
- Investigate and review complaints or damage claims, escalating further investigation to senior colleagues as required
