Job Opportunity: CNC Machinist

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality components that meet specifications.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery, fixtures, and equipment as needed.
• Adhere to company standards and values at all times.
• Collaborate with the production manager to achieve accurate and defect-free work for customers.
• Develop essential skills and operate necessary equipment for component part production.
• Evaluate work quality against ISO/AS9100 requirements.
• Comply with company policies, practices, and rules.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Implement continuous improvement activities, focusing on OEE and TPM.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet customer and business needs.
• Maintain equipment and machinery to the highest standard.
• Travel to customer sites as required to address their needs.
• Continuously develop skills and knowledge as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Efficient production methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to lift 25 kg.
• Valid driving license (if applicable).
• Knowledge of ISO/AS9100 standards.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
