Customer Experience Manager

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on account management and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
