Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on account management and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
