Customer Service Role

About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and resolving customer queries efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide best-in-class customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • To maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and operational procedures.
  • To engage in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the contact centre industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Familiarity with PC software and proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Contract Details:
