We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Delivery Team Member. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to start or advance their career in retail.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Delivery Team Member, you will be responsible for processing stock quickly and efficiently, ensuring that products are available for customers as soon as possible. You will also be working closely with the store team to achieve sales targets and provide a great shopping experience for customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • To accurately process stock quickly and to the highest standard, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing and putting stock away.
  • To ensure all stock is gorgeously presented and put onto the sales floors or away in the stockrooms correctly.
  • To keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy and organised.
  • To offer fast and friendly service to our customers from back or front areas of the store, working on the sales floor as needed.
  • To work as part of the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers.
