Drive excellence in HR operations across multiple properties with our seasoned Human Resources Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR functions, provide strategic support to leaders and ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and best practices.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and development initiatives, as well as handle employee relations matters, performance management, and grievance procedures.
- Manage HR metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement across the cluster, supporting organizational change, succession planning, and talent development.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager within the hospitality sector, ideally with multi-site or cluster HR management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law and strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- A CIPD qualification or relevant HR degree is required.
