Ttm Healthcare Limited is a leading provider of healthcare services, seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join their multidisciplinary team. As a Staff Grade Physiotherapist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to patients with mental health needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background in Physiotherapy, with experience working with older adults and individuals with serious and enduring mental health needs. You will be responsible for carrying a clinical caseload, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized treatment plans that are centered on best practice.

This is a fully onsite role, and you will work closely with other team members, including Psychiatry, Psychology, Nursing, Pharmacy, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language, Dietetics, and General Practice. Our multidisciplinary team strives to create a therapeutic environment through recovery-oriented clinical practices and evidence-based interventions.

In this role, you will participate in review meetings, case conferences, and ward rounds, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members. Your excellent people management skills and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in providing instruction, guidance, and support to service users, family, carers, and other stakeholders.
