Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our retail team. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and creating a positive atmosphere in store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with an outstanding shopping experience, assisting them with sizes, styles, purchases, or returns
  • Ensure the shop floor is fully stocked, tidy, and visually appealing, as well as maintaining a well-organized stockroom
  • Process transactions efficiently and effectively at till points, handling queries, voids, and returns
  • Receive, unpack, and check new deliveries, ensuring products are accurately priced and displayed on the shop floor

Requirements:

  • Be passionate about people and delivering exceptional experiences
  • Be honest, a strong communicator who can listen, share ideas, and get involved where needed
  • Have good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Be a team player with high levels of motivation, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn
  • Be interested in fashion and staying up-to-date with the latest trends
  • Ideal: Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
