About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team in a luxury retail environment.

This role involves providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales and profit, and maintaining a visually distinctive and impeccably maintained store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and possess successful link-selling skills to drive business.
  • Outfit build for customers, make further product recommendations, and drive store KPIs.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador with a keen interest in current fashion and market trends.
  • Ensure shop and stock room maintenance, presentation, and organization are addressed appropriately.
About You
  • Have previous experience within hospitality/retail
  • Be hardworking with great communication skills
  • Have an interest in Fashion/Retail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task under pressure
