About the Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our store standards. You will lead by example, foster an entrepreneurial spirit, and inspire your team through your passion and belief in our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead store teams to generate sales, profit, minimize losses, and create memorable customer experiences while maintaining visually distinctive and impeccably maintained stores.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance through collaboration with colleagues.
  • Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for sales floors and backrooms.
  • Partner with the visual merchandising team to ensure seamless communication and understanding between VM and store teams.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to build on business opportunities and achieve company objectives.
  • Emphasize the importance of quality relationships with internal and external customers. Ensure staff accountability in building a repeat customer base by providing unparalleled service.
  • Conduct daily/weekly store walkthroughs; evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels, and inventory levels.
  • Communicate weekly visual presentation action plans to the Store Manager.
  • Analyze store-level reports and develop strategies to improve results.
  • Assist with manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes.
  • Build bench strength for key positions, including possible successors.
  • Participate in weekly management meetings and staff meetings.
  • Clearly communicate store and individual sales goals, other key performance expectations, sales results, and provide guidance on improving performance.
  • Provide a world-class customer journey and achieve exemplary mystery shop results.
Requirements:
  • You possess previous supervisory or specialist roles within premium or luxury brands.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to cultivate belonging and resolve conflicts.
  • Courageous in giving feedback that promotes positive behavioral change.
  • Adaptable and able to work at pace.
  • Approach all issues with a 'can-do' attitude and make informed decisions to find in-store solutions.
