About the RoleAs a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to service users with all aspects of daily living.
You will work in a residential setting, empowering service users to live independent lives and enabling them to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Support service users with personal care and domestic tasks.
- Assist with transportation to facilitate access to daily living activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment within the residential home.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
- Report any incidents or concerns promptly.
- Relevant qualification in healthcare or social care (minimum Level 5).
- Age 18+.
- Clean manual driving license and access to own transport.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of HIQA standards.
