Lead a Team of Dedicated Professionals in Delivering Exceptional Social Care
\We are actively recruiting for a full-time permanent position to lead a team of experienced social care professionals. Our client is committed to supporting individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities, autism, and other support needs to live an ordinary life in a community-based environment.
\The role involves leading a team across 12 residential communities and 4-day services nationwide, offering unique, person-centred care that transforms lives. We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate professionals to join a brilliant team of social and care staff in supporting adults toward independent living and community integration.
\- A minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework - BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care or in a relevant professional discipline.
- At least 2 years management experience at a similar level of responsibility
- At least 3 years' experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector
- Detailed understanding of developments at national and sectoral level in relation to quality and safety within disability services.
- Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, to include Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive & Teams.
- A full driver's licence is an essential requirement
