At Platinum Homecare, we're looking for an exceptional team leader to join our team as a Care Manager. As a Care Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and supervising a team of care workers to provide high-quality care that is safe, effective, and responsive to each client's needs and preferences.
Job Description:Your responsibilities as a Care Manager will include:
- Conducting risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
- Overseeing the accurate maintenance of supervision records.
- Participating in care activities as part of the care supervision process.
- Employing best practices in the care of our clients.
- Supporting and supervising carers to deliver the best possible care.
We require an individual who has excellent communication skills, the ability to support and engage a team of people, and experience in a supervisory capacity. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality care and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we'd love to hear from you
Requirements:- QQI/FETAC Level 5 Major award for Healthcare (Level 6 an advantage but not essential as training can be provided).
- Min 3 years' experience working as a Healthcare Assistant.
- Experience in a supervisory capacity desirable - preferably in home care setting, but experience in other sectors also considered.
- A full clean driver's license and access to a car.
