Compliance & Audit Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Compliance & Audit Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with experience in compliance and audit roles, preferably in a regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective compliance programs.
  • Manage audits and ensure they are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assess and manage risk to ensure the organization's assets and reputation are protected.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports.
  • Maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Investigate and report on compliance issues.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Master/Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, law, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance and audit roles.
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Knowledge of audit principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with risk management frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of internal controls.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a specific industry relevant to the organisation (e.g., financial services, healthcare, technology).
  • Experience with data analytics and audit software.
  • Project management skills.
