Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Compliance & Audit Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with experience in compliance and audit roles, preferably in a regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective compliance programs.
- Manage audits and ensure they are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Assess and manage risk to ensure the organization's assets and reputation are protected.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports.
- Maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Investigate and report on compliance issues.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Master/Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, law, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in compliance and audit roles.
- Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Knowledge of audit principles and practices.
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of internal controls.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in a specific industry relevant to the organisation (e.g., financial services, healthcare, technology).
- Experience with data analytics and audit software.
- Project management skills.
