Audit Senior Role

The role of an Audit Senior is to provide leadership and guidance to the audit team, ensuring that audits are conducted efficiently and effectively. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop skills in delivering high-quality audit and accounting services to a diverse client base.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and complete various audit assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Present reports to management on identified issues during audits, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Partners and the Audit Team to deliver exceptional service to clients, fostering strong relationships and building trust.
  • Supervise and develop the audit team, providing training and guidance to enhance their growth and professional development.
  • Provide proactive value-added advice and skills to clients, expanding general and specialist market knowledge.
  • Support Trainees in their professional and technical development, mentoring them to achieve their full potential.
  • Work closely with Tax, Corporate Finance, and HR Solutions departments to deliver comprehensive services to clients, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Competencies:
  • Recently qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with excellent technical knowledge of auditing and accounting principles.
  • Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Ability to meet specific business deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Proactive approach to client service and business development, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
