Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Site Manager to oversee our projects from initiation to completion.

About the Role
  • Lead and coordinate site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project goals.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Implement quality control procedures and maintain accurate project documentation.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a Site Management role.
  • Strong knowledge of groundworks, services installation, and construction sequencing.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, coordinate trades, and maintain site organisation.
  • Experience working to Irish Government standards and liaising with others working on site.
  • Demonstrated ability to enforce safety standards and quality assurance.
