Digital Success Coach

We're seeking a Digital Success Coach to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and orchestrating our digital post-sales customer experience journey. Your focus will be on creating a well-defined, segmented, and multi-channel strategy that guides customers through their journey with timely calls to action at key moments.

You'll work closely with our Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment, share insights, and drive forward scaled solutions that allow us to reach more customers in the most effective ways and impact our customer satisfaction and retention. This role is based in our Dublin office with an office-centric hybrid schedule.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong understanding of multi-channel digital customer marketing and customer engagement tactics. You'll also need excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret customer data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Additionally, you'll be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

We're looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital customer success management or a related field. If you have a proven track record of developing and executing digital engagement strategies and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you
