Nursing Home Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for innovation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents. This includes ensuring that all set standards and legislative requirements for resident care are attained and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage an enthusiastic team to achieve excellence in patient care.
- Develop and implement policies, programs, and evidence-based practices consistent with industry standards.
- 3 years post-registration experience in a nursing home environment.
- Significant management experience with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent people skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families.
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory standards and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer skills with proficiency in relevant software systems.
Fully qualified Clinical Nurse Managers or Assistant Directors of Nursing are required to work in a well-established state-of-the-art nursing home. We offer ongoing education and training programs, flexible working hours, paid breaks, night premiums, and more.
