Nurse Leader Role

As the Head Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and ensuring the provision of exceptional patient care. This role involves overseeing daily operations, making strategic decisions, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide clear guidance to nursing teams, driving best clinical practice in high-quality care.
- Negotiation and Communication: Lead contract review meetings, building effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including existing contracts and potential new business opportunities.
You will be responsible for managing direct reports, adopting an effective approach to performance management, and ensuring regular one-to-one meetings lead to end-of-year reviews.
The successful candidate will have a Post Graduate Diploma in Renal Nursing or equivalent, be a Registered Nurse with current NMBI registration, and possess a Leadership Qualification (or attain within 12 months in post).
Requirements- Education and Qualifications: Post Graduate Diploma in Renal Nursing or equivalent.
- Licensure and Certification: Registered Nurse with current NMBI registration.
- Mentorship and Teaching: Mentorship/Teaching & Assessing qualification.
- Leadership and Development: Leadership Qualification (or attain within 12 months in post).
- Business Acumen: Strong experience in commercial and financial acumen.
