Skilled Nursing Team Lead

Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead a team of nurses in a nursing home in Ireland.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care that meets the organization's mission and vision.
- Develop positive relationships with patients to enhance their autonomy, informed decision-making, and overall experience.
- Ensure patient safety and provide quality care while respecting patient rights and dignity.
- Support patients in maintaining their sense of identity and include them in decision-making processes when possible.
- Eligibility to register or current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Minimum two to three years of post-registration experience.
- Desirable post-registration training in dementia care and/or gerontology.
- Leadership, communication, organizational, and clinical expertise required.
- Ability to work in Ireland.
- Ongoing education and training programs.
- Night shift premium.
