Project Manager in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced project manager to join our team in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects across multiple locations, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered to the required quality standards, meeting customer expectations and regulatory requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello
